  • Thanks for this. Usually, only buy DJI products but the price of this is amazing so bought two and hopefully, it's as good as it looks!

  • Thanks for the code! 👍 Have wanted one of these for ages, just treated myself for my birthday… STOKED!!!

  • Hi, just wondering if this lx2001 website is legit? I have been reading through it but seems quite half and half

    • I have ordered 2 things off here and they both arrived without issue.

    • Same; have ordered a light from them and it arrived nice and quick. No issues from my side.

    • I was hesitant too because the price is too cheap, but I ordered two of these yesterday morning and just received them about 10 mins ago. Gonna buy a third for my mum.

  • Hi Team, thanks for all your kind words! We couldn't ask if you could place a Google review for us if possible?

    Please do check https://g.page/r/CWI4TAiw6VWbEAI/review

    Thanks,

  • Ordered one yesterday, arrived today already. Much wow.

Hi genesis133, many thanks for your order!

      Thanks,

    • Thoughts, how does it go?

Haven't had a chance to play with it yet, will try it later this evening and report back :)

      • It's decent. Sadly no app so not much you can do with it (It's all manual). I would invest in a DJI Osmo if you want an impressive upgrade from this (It does soooooo much more and has much more impressive motors) but for $50 this is still an amazing steal. You shouldn't miss this.

I have received mine; and I am not sure if something is wrong with it…or something wrong with the operator.
I have put the phone in the holder (making sure it is level) and turning it on, the thing just starts going wild, spinning and flipping, but never stopping.
        Anyone have any ideas?
One thing I thought weird as that when the phone is in the holder (with the power off) the rotation of the phone is not facing me. Its facing down

        • That does sound a bit strange. Why phone are you using? because I think the physical size affects the gimbal. I attached my iPhone 12 pro max and it wouldn’t balance properly. Then tried with a iPhone SE and it was fine. It’s only suppose to support up to 6” screens

@genesis133: Just a little Nokia 6.1, so easily within that 6" limitation. Also tried with an iphone 8 plus which is a 5.5" screen but still same thing.

            • @AleBeerenhoff: Have you managed to get you gimbal working yet? Mine was doing the same crazy start up.

              • @Sixsupersix: Nope nothing I can do seems to make any difference. I have logged a support ticket with KB AU as KB NZ seem to have gone totally dark :\
If I don't get a response I will be getting it sent back to @LX2001 as I can only assume it is fundamentally broke.

        • You need to calibrate it for your phone. Attach the phone and rest the handle on a flat surface, then loosen the little knob so that you can retract the arm to balance the phone. Once the phone is sitting level, tighten the knob and turn on the gimbal.

          • @Plug: Yeah have done that - or at least tried to. Multiple times.
The phone while sits level (horizontally) the phone is never actually facing me (ie its pointing towards the floor at best). Sliding the craddle up/down changes the degree to which it is rotated but never actually allows it to be facing me. So its impossible to get the phone balanced and level of both the horizontal and vertical axis.
Its the same with both phones.

            • @AleBeerenhoff: Just so you know, you definitely have a faulty gimbal. I have purchased three and my third gimbal device is doing this. I always deal directly with who I purchase from and not the manufacturer. Logged a ticket with the LX2001 team and am getting a gimbal replacement sent. You should do the same :)

@Mallypoo: Thank you! Will do so. It was my first venture into such device so wanted to check with the manufacturer in the first instance in case I was doing something dumb….but as you said I will touch base with LX2001 team. Thanks for the confirmation/post.

                • @AleBeerenhoff: And yes I can confirm that within hours of me contacting LX2001 team they had confirmed the issue and sent out a replacement, which I now have, and that it works perfectly. Nicely done! Very happy.

Yeah it's not too bad, just the basic features of a gimbal. My first time owning one, have watched a few videos reviewing a few gimbals and thought this was sufficient for me. Like Mallypoo mentioned, sucks that it doesnt come with an app, but yeah not bad for $50

  • Brought it Tuesday arrived today. Did a few YouTube vid watches and it seems decent. Went to use it. Balanced it all up. Started the gimbal and watched in horror as my phone got smacked around on the gimbal. Can't recommend it yet. Will see after it is fully charged if there is any improvement.
