There’s a chance they might deny a pricematch with a different colour as it is meant to be ‘identical’.
However, it’s the same model number so well worth a go.Not the same model NB9-0507AY vs NB9-0507.
I had tried similar thing at Mitre10 last year and couldn't get it to work.
At $99 it is not worth it. I bought all black with 2 cups & 2 blades from NL for around ~$80 last december.
I went to our local Mitre10, and they did beat the price and offered me the Nutribullet. I think the last two or three letter may refer to the color of the product
I got this from Mitre10 - https://www.mitre10.co.nz/shop/nutribullet-blender-900-watt/…
I did not have any issues with the colour or the last letter of the model.
Can't find the 900w model at mitre10.
No stock in my area, that's why it's not in the search result. : (
Briscoes will beat the price by 10% if you can't find it at your local Mitre 10
there are always notorious for their seal failing after a couple of months, i have returned 3 so far and i gave up on the.
Yes, definitely keep your receipt. They are terrific when they are new but will not stand up to daily use for as long as you'd like. Thankfully I found getting a replacement to be easy whether it's via the retailer or manufacturer (CDB)
I gave up and bought a breville blender. So far no failure and its been 2 years.
Have been using nutribullet(600w) for 6 years now, so bought 900w last December. All cups except one still usable.
@ace310: cups are fine, its the bottom sealing part of the cup that ALWAYS leaks no matter how tight you close it after a few months.
@ace310: Is that daily use? I had to have four of them replaced within 3-6 months. One basically blew up (a bang + black smoke came out). I gave up after that last one and threw its replacement on Trade Me
@Plug: I can say around atleast 3-5 times a week. Maybe I got lucky with the unit. Motor is still working fine. I agree on the seal having a problem lately. So I was looking for the replacement for it and decided to get the whole unit rather.
1 thing for nutribullet is not to let it run for more than 30-40 secs at a time. They are not meant to run for longer periods.
@ace310: I've had mine for around 6 years now and use it 6 days a week! Never had a problem until recently - the seal is starting to leak once in a while. Looking at replacement seals on trade me! I have the 900w pro.
How about this brand?
Has anybody else felt that Mitre10 doesnt really wanna do the price match? Like, I did it yesterday for a week killer vs Bunnings, but its funny, they not only check its the same product checking their web, they also check they have it in stock. Im just wondering do they tell you, "Hey sorry, they dont have it in stock, that means that we can ignore our own policy and, since you probably need it, force you to buy it full price from us." I feel its a bit of a dick move if that actually happened.
To be fair, it's mentioned in the first line of their policy
If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock product, we will beat it by 15%
Yeah, but it still feels like a dick move, how often Bunnings has products on their web out of stock really.
In-store only now.
Will the products being different colours be an issue?
