There will be one (1) prize winner (Winner) only.
The Winner will receive a prize being up to $3,000 (including GST) worth of electricity credits to the Winner’s Pulse Energy account, on the terms and conditions set out below (Prize). The Winner will receive the Prize by being granted $250 per month credit for electricity usage for one year, up to a total value of the electricity credits of no more than $3,000. In all cases, the $3,000 credit may only be used in relation to electricity for a residential property and must be used within one year of the Prize being notified to the Winner. The Prize is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash, except that Pulse Energy reserves the right to pay out the remaining credit on the Prize to the Winner at any time.
Winner requirements
The Winner must be or become a customer of Pulse Energy in relation to their permanent residential address in order to claim the Prize, and must remain a residential electricity customer of Pulse Energy throughout the duration of utilising the Prize. This includes undergoing a credit check. The Winner must be over the age of 18. The Prize must be used in relation to a residential property on and subject to Pulse Energy’s residential terms and conditions as notified by Pulse Energy. The Winner’s residential address may change from time to time in accordance with Pulse Energy’s residential terms and conditions of energy supply. If the Winner switches from Pulse Energy to another electricity retailer at any stage after claiming the Prize, the Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any remaining part of the Prize.The Winner must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be reasonably required by Pulse Energy, including the use of the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice may be used in
any publicity material in any media.
