Alfajores are traditional cookies (usually) filled with milk caramel and (usually) covered in chocolate.

Dulce de leche is similar to "milk caramel" but for some reason I like our version more 🙈

Yerba Mate
Yerba Mate is the ingridient of our wrongly named Argentinian tea, I can't spend a day without it. Is similar to green tea, but stronger, in my opinion. More info about Yerba Mate here (Wikipedia)
Yerba Mate Taragui is my favourite, but most people consider it strong.
Yerba Mate Playadito is the most popula one, smoother and easier to drink compared to the previous one.
Yerba Mate La Merced is the most premium one.
Although you can enjoy Yerba Mate as an infusion in your regular cup, traditionally, yerba mate is brewed in a gourd (mate) and sipped through a straw (bombilla). Gourds (aka "mates) are traditional products used to drink mate cebado. There are a few options to check here
