It's not that busy compared to last week. But give it few more days and people will run out of money to spend for until next month lol.
I was there yesterday afternoon. About 10 minutes wait to get in and although busy inside it was not crowded and I could move around with relative ease. No wait at all to check out; only one person in front finishing up their trolley. It was like a ‘busy’ shop day at Paknsave.
Just came back from Costco. No lines as such and normal crowd inside. Checkout was even faster than paknsave. In & out within 2 hours tops with 2 kids and browsing almost all aisles.
just for your reference. I bought my S7 41mm from NL @529(price matched with PB) in Aug(before the S8 announcement).

Another option is the official apple refurb site (all products come with the same warranty).
Seems to always be watches on there, and the prices are pretty competitive (S7 41mm $539)

Currently you'll find the old apple watch SE's (replaced about 3 weeks ago) on clearance sales i.e. here for the larger of the two. Apple kindly released a new apple watch SE and named it brbrbrbbrbrbbrbrbrbbrbrbrbbr. drumrolllll apple watch SE.. again!
You may find series 3 on sale still. Don't even bother. Mainline software support has ended for this watch. It's from way back in 2017 and it is the only product apple sell that still uses the old 32-bit architecture… even their new monitors have moved on. They'll work for what they're advertised for… but slowly app support will fall off.
