Steps:
- Connect to the USA via VPN

- I used this address generator website and my normal cell phone number.

- Payment information is required. I used PayPal. I got an error stating that there was an issue with my payment, but then an email straight after saying that I had signed up to Pro.
- After completing the remaining fields click the "Start your free trial" button
- You will be charged $0.00 today & US$35.99 in 12 months' time unless you update your settings.
- Visit your Profile Page and look for the 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' link on the right side of the page.
Not too sure what to do about the By using this promo code you are agreeing to go hiking in West Virginia. Some people on slickdeals were charged US$35.99 despite it showing $0. No charges on my end.
