      That's a bummer. The most recent IHG deal prior to this didn't get any negs1 (compared to the deal you're referring to which got 8)2, so hopefully the same thing doesn't happen.

        Yeah, every time I get an email from them it just reminds me of that incident, at one point I was getting multiple emails a day before I blocked them.

      I've asked for the deal to be removed. Did a bit of digging and this Chinese website reckons it's for Amazon employees in the US. Could be wrong, but better safe than sorry.

    Tried to register with my yahoo email but it says "The email address entered is invalid. Please check the address and try again." Has anyone come cross the same problem?

      This still works, it complains when trying with email address, but it worked when I tried with my member ID instead.
