Until 14 November, get the Samsung Galaxy S22, iPhone 11, or Oppo Reno8 Lite 5G for $1 per month over 36 months, plus a $99 deposit (total phone cost is $135).
You have to attach this to one of the Endless plans or the One Plan - this depends on which handset you choose. Details are in the T&C:

Plan Change Fee: If you downgrade to another plan within 36 months, a plan change fee applies. Fee varies depending on remaining period of the term, see www.vodafone.co.nz/dollarterms for details.
Plan Cancellation: If you cancel your plan within 36 months, you must repay the balance of full device cost, and any remaining monthly discount will be lost.
Minimum plan is $60pm
Over 36 months that is $2160
Assuming most cheapies are on either the Kogan plan, or something like a cheap Skinny or Vodafone Prepay Flex option but lets say worst case you are spending $40 per month
$60 - $40 = $20 extra per month * 36 months = $720 extra on your plan over 3 years + $135 for the handset
$720 + $135 = $855 you have effectivly paid for the handset assuming you pay $40 per month for your plan now.
At that point, its $85 cheaper to simply get a new one from PB Tech for only $768.96
YMMV based on what you spend, but at $45 monthly spend, it might make sense for some people, but I'd recommend a used or refurbished iPhone and better vaule phone plan with no contract over this deal. 3 years is a long time for new phone plans to offer better vaule
