    Thanks OP.

Anyone have any men's moisturiser recommendations?

I've tried Bulldog in the past but it's just not the one for me. My go to at the moment is Sukin.

    • I don't actually use moisturiser but I'm starting to think I should!
I had just seem some good reviews of Bulldog so thought I might try it, although I might give the Sukin a go.

I've been using this and has worked somewhat well for me, but i'm honestly a bit clueless about all of this https://www.countdown.co.nz/shop/productdetails?stockcode=82…

Sukin has my vote. Price wise is fantastic too!

      I use CeraVe or Cetaphil

I'll often get dry skin around or on my nose. QV or Cetaphil creams work best as they'll layer on without getting greasy, and won't dry out requiring a reapply (as most moisturises do).

In terms of beard, I've recently just been using Sweet Almond Oil (which can be used for the face too, if applied in small amounts). It's soooooo much cheaper than beard oils, and majority of beard products contain it anyway.

Currently using QV (but it looks like whats in store is different from the bottle I have), have used both Cetaphil and CeraVa in the past all three seem to be about the same for my skin. Have also used The Ordinary, but didn't think it was an improvement over the cheaper brands. If you are spending time outside you might want to consider a moisteriser that has spf protection.

edit: have also used Sukin but found it made me look more oily than the others

    • Sukin is the way :)

I've started using this when it was 50% off last week. https://www.amazon.com.au/NIVEA-Sensitive-Protective-Moistur…

    Feels light and non greasy.

    • Non greasy gets the vote from me.

Others feel more like sunscreen and inevitably get in my eyes during the day.

    • I use this one too - it's fairly light and being SPF15 it's probably a bit better than a standard non SPF15 moisturiser, especially in summer.

  • Thank you all for the suggestions.
