    Best lights I've ever owned.
    Not cheap but so cool.

  • Thanks for the post. Some of these lights (all the Warm White ones) are on clearance and will remain this price presumably until stock runs out.
I posted the same deal back in Jan. Not sure why my deal is marked expired as they have been on clearance and at this price since it was posted (I check often to see if they have dropped in price even more).

If no expiry is loaded onto a deal it will automatically expire after 45 days (90 days for freebies). You need to lodge a report on your deal and request it to be made long running to stop it expiring.
There are a lot on clearance at Briscoes although these two RGB lights in the post have been at their full price last week, then dropped to 25% off at the weekend and now 50% off today.
      Typical Briscoes.

    • Yeah, those on clearance are Amber Warm White rather than RGB, they're good if you're going for a gold and silver effect rather than multicolour

    Couldn’t help myself.
Just bought the 400 RGB lights for $170 on M10 price guarantee.

    • In-store price match?

      • Yes. Price matched instore.

    • I accidentally picked up the RGB-W box at M10 and had them price match that instead. Oops

      • You mean they actually did it?

Pretty much. I grab what I thought was the right box off the shelf (only one I could see) took it up, had two of them look over the Briscoes page before they swiped it through. Probably helped that Briscoes doesn't list model numbers on their page so the item title was what they went by, but we both missed that as well. I only realised when I started taking it apart and looking online for some info.

          • @spicymeatball: You did well getting that. I knew they were different and only selected the RGB model.
In my case they did scratch their heads a bit with Briscoes not listing model numbers too but did it without any issues.
Took longer to get someone to unlock the cabinet they were secured in than actually doing the price guarantee.

  • Would these be any good for lighting up a pergola at night? We have string lights at the moment but they've stopped working

    • Thinking of buying it for the same purpose

    • Its 2x 16meter lengths (Y join) rather than a straight length. Would factor that in.

      • Good tip. That makes it unsuitable for our use

    • IP44 isn't that great, so they may not be that great long term durability, but YMMV.. They maybe ok if they are under eaves and protected from the rain. But not sure how well they would work in that situation anyway.

Edit: I see they do have photos of them being used on a pegola… But I would doubt they would last as long outside as they would inside subjected to the elements.
