Appears that the first 3 are $6 each then any more than that are standard price.

I just opened the app and there was an option to add the deal.
Same here, just open the app and you'll be prompted with the offer, then simply tap "add". Don't even need to fuss with the code.
Code is working here also. You require a minimum order of $19.90 to get delivery. Then they whack their "Delivery Service Fee" on top, surely the biggest con in NZ fast food retail today.
The prices on delivery pizzas, etc, are already higher to reflect the fact they're going to bring it to you. They should be making enough out of that surcharge without double-dipping and adding still more on top.
