Been playing around with a few quotes for a car I've been looking at buying and noticed that when choosing to pay monthly OR yearly, you get 1 month free (without having to use a referral code) for the first year.
Note, a referral code and this deal doesn't stack, it is pretty much the same outcome for the end user. I.e you cant get 2 months off.
There also appears to be a multi-policy discount in addition if you plan to have more than 1 policy (untested as to what kind of discount this gives). Cove also does Pet insurance for Dogs and Cats.
I've been with Cove for a year and bit now, engaged with their chat service once but was a good experience. Cheapest cover I have found in NZ with lots of customizability on the policy.
Wouldn’t it be better to use the referral system because it means that another Cheapo benefits?
