What Happens to TheMarket Order if You Don't Pick up from Marketpoint Location?

Does your order gets returned and the amount refunded back if you don't pick up TheMarket order ready for pickup?

Or you lose the order altogether? Anyone have experience in this? My order is ready for pickup, but I have submitted for cancellation. Got email saying I have to return it, but no idea if I have to collect it and then send it back or it will be returned from the marketpoint location?

Don't want to pay for return shipping if I collect it.

see they are currently at the pickup location. I will make contact with the team to have them returned for refund. Once I have confirmation I will let you know via email

      Sorted. Somehow previously chat didn't work for me during business hours, so wasn't sure if that was the right way.

    The Market requires returns to be shipped to their location. Can't drop it off at your nearest warehouse.

      I didn't pickup the order in first place, so there was no reason for it to be dropped off. Many retailers do have no-show policy of order cancellation if not claimed within certain time frame.

        I know, but if you did, it won't be returned from the marketpoint collection location.
