  I ordered some from them and have to say I'm very unhappy with the service. They sent the items through poste haste and item showed delivered so I enquiried only to find the courier person delivered it to the wrong address. Post haste person said they will get back to me in 3 days. Kiwi artisan wants me to wait. They don't have a customer service number either where you can contact them promptly. They really think they will find the lost package of food item and then will deliver to me, until that happens I need to wait.
