I know Ash personally. An absolutely top bloke that’s been doing it incredibly tough with ram raids and all the trials of owning a liquor store through COVID and beyond. I strongly encourage any cheapie looking to buy some booze before Christmas or for New Year’s celebrations to support him. Service and price are top notch, plus if you want advice on top shelf spirits - especially whisk(e)y, then Ash is one of the genuine top experts in the country. Has direct relationships with distilleries in Scotland and Ireland, imports casks, does signature blends, hosts international brand ambassadors and runs corporate level industry events. He’s the real deal. At the very least, spend 1 minute of your day and go throw him some Cheapies love on his FB/LinkedIn/socials - every little helps. If you’re chatting with him, tell him JD sent you and I’ll build a case for some Cheapies exclusives.

I can't make much of the Off-License sign but it looks like it says 2017 when it was signed which, at the most will last till 2020, hopefully, it has been renewed and just the page has not been updated.
