      but….but….68 doesn't sound as good as 69….hehe

      • -2

I don't engage in childish innuendos about numbers no matter how nicely they roll off the tongue.

        • +7

Dont think its considered 69 if it goes innuendo

Use FREESHIP promo code for free delivery over $20

  • It dsnt matter much but the pic is the last gen controller, deal is the newer one. Also 68 is funnier than 69

  • Sucks how there's still no gyroscope in these controllers, i assumed it would work well with Nintendo switch emulators

  • It said "* iOS support coming in the future." But I think it's already supported right? According to https://support.apple.com/en-nz/HT211232

    Can anyone help me confirm?

Well I've price matched at the warehouse, and cross my fingers that another discount coupon comes along before current price expires.

    • +2

Once you've price matched it essentially stays there forever

      • I thought so but what they did was take $10 off the discounted price, and the current discount lasts until the 23rd or something. So I guess it'll revert back to normal price minus price matched discount then

        • I'm not sure if it is done as a set price or discount.

@Bill: I guess we know who gave you the negative vote now.

            • @Peter Wyngarde: Perma-banned?

              • @Bill: I don't know if temporary or permanent.

                I was wondering the same.

                • @Peter Wyngarde: Seems permanent as the account has been disabled.

I didn't realise he edited his comment to include me

And I got his joke, it just wasn't that funny

                  • @Bill: I didn't know it was edited.

I was wondering who gave you the negative vote. After seeing you singled out I put two and two together.

Of course I could be wrong and it's 22 not 4.

                    • @Peter Wyngarde: I'm almost certain he singled me out because he didn't want to mistakenly imply that I was part of the dumb dumbs group.

      • @Bill

Just to confirm, once you get a price match, the coupon or discount doesn't expire till you use it?

        • +1

That is correct. Don't remove the item from your cart through.

I still have nescafe pricematched to $3 from this deal over a month ago. If you go for several years, don't be surprised if it suddenly disappears though.

          • @Bill: Awesome. That's good to know. Cheers mate!

    • If you want 2 do you have to ask for 2 when you price match or can you change the quantity later?

      • Depends on Support Agent and how the Price Promise is done.

        • No, I think it is all done the same way where you can change the quantity and the discount is unit based.

That's how it's been in my experience, but maybe they used to do it differently in the past.

          • @Bill: Can depend on agent and how it's setup. Can be limited to set quantity. Additional units at unmatched price.

            • @Peter Wyngarde: Oh yeah, that's right if the product has a buy limit the agent can include it.

  • Can anyone recommend these to use with a chromecast with Google tv via Bluetooth? Just looking at setting up a retro gaming emulator on mine

    • You can connect the xbox controller to it and run retroarch and navigate the UI, lack of storage is the problem, would need a hub.

      • Sweet, I've got the hub sorted. Just looking at the best controller to grab. Heard a lot have issues with interference and latency when connecting via bluetooth

        • yea that issue is with windows, other controllers ps4/ps5 works fine, im sure its got to do with bluetooth going into power saving mode automatically, you can disable that setting but its just better to tell people to get the usb dongle.

  • Tried to price match at noel leeming with mightyape $68 and they declined it because they said its on sale and limited quantity…. so they would only price match if it wasn't on sale.. what a dumb policy. Price promise! we will match any competitor but only when they are not on sale.

I had the same issue with the warehouse. It was an individual employee misinterpreting the wording of their own policy. Tried another customer support person and had no problem. I would suggest asking them to point out where such exclusions are listed and trying a different employee.
