LX adds eARC (I use this on my TV so it's a must have for me)
LX is also much lighter (Weight w/o stand) 19.5 kg , JX is 28.0 kg
Could u buy it and get the free tv and return it for ur money back but keep the free tv?
No, it says that at the bottom of the image. If you return one, you have to return both unless you forfeit the cost of the other.
Not sure if it makes any difference, but the model at JB is the TH-65LX800Z, whereas the costco one is the TH-65JX800Z (an L and J difference).
