I can't say for sure if this is the second year, but I definitely didn't get a NL Voucher this year at all. Insert sad face
I see that there was a thread about this in 2019, just in case so you know that I've checked. Has anyone had the same issue where their birthday goes by and no vouchers anywhere in their inboxes/spams?
EDIT: I've contacted CS on chat and it was escalated to the relevant team who sent me the voucher code this morning. Definitely not a generic code. So if anyone has the same issue, get on the chat. RESOLVED
