So was looking at some Aussie prices and there's a fair bit of competition at present on flights to India with Qantas, Fiji Airways and even Malaysian. Had a look from NZ and pleasantly surprised - a lot of the cheapest dates are with Singapore Airlines! I've given example dates below, and note that some dates Fiji Airways or Sri Lankan Airlines might show up as cheaper, but if you have a preferred airline you can always filter using the options on the site.

        • I traveled India -sg -nz at the end of Jan, no pcr required. Only applied to Chinese flights

            According to the latest govt. guidelines,Passengers travelling from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Republic of Korea, Thailand and Japan have to mandatorily upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report (The test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey) along with the date. Exemption has been granted to arriving G20 delegates at Indian Airports from 2% random testing for Covid-19. Exemption has been granted for delegates attending Aero India-2023 from 2% Covid-19 testing on Arrival at India Airports (Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru Airports).
