Got a quote on their website, the health insurance premium is the same as I got the quote from a broker for the same product. Anyone has used Life Direct before? Thinking to buy from them as they are currently running a promotion. Any advice would be much appreciated.
i looked that there terms it was not good , many of them dont have good terms in life insurance you may talk with broker

I have been with Southern Cross through Life Direct for just over year and they have paid me cash back as promised. It was 20% of the first year's premiums of Health Insurance so it was quite a good amount of cash back.
When I signed up it was exactly same price via Life Direct or directly to Southern Cross so it worked out pretty well. I am sure Life Direct is getting kick back from insurance company. I use Southern Cross app and did not have to contact Life Direct at all.
