Trademe Insurance Windscreen Claim Excess Fees?

Anyone know where can I find the info for how much is Trademe Insurance windscreen claim excess fees? I see there is a windscreen excess fees buyout addon option, just want to know how much usually a windscreen claim excess fees will be? Cheers

      For Trademe Insurance you have to add the Windscreen excess fess addon to waive the excess fees

    It may be vehicle dependent these days, due to many windscreens in modern vehicles having integrated modules.

      Yeah I thought it would be vehicle dependent just couldn't find any info at all online

    I think you pay your base excess for any claim regardless of the amount of damage

      Yep, this. The buyout is just to forego paying your regular excess for windscreen (or depending on the policy, any glass) repair. If you haven't paid the buyout premium, your regular excess applies.

        Okie, seem like the buyout is neccessary then, basically pretty much any excess would more than the cost of a windscreen replacement right?
