  Not sure on the quality from Aliexpress, but have found almost all lego models way cheaper then regular price. I know they are not original, but if the quality is decent and if compatible with original lego, I wanna get few sets which I might like or not.

    Have you found any good listings for some of the really large expensive set (disney castle etc)

    Can you share some of the listings you've used in the past that you've been happy with

      As I said, haven't bought any yet. But I was eyeing 1920PCS Technical Super Speed 1000RR Motorcycle Building Block Fit 42130, 42141 McLaren F1 Formula 1 and Mould King 18018.

      Search by lego item number and it should list all of them. I also found the star wars Millennium Falcon 75192.

      There are heaps of positive reviews so very tempted to try one. Might go with the cheapest and see how it is.

    FWIW I purchased a few of the older technic sets when aliexpress sold ‘Lepin’ rip off of Lego and I found that ‘most’ of the blocks were ok. You got blocks that just didn’t sit how you would expect and the electric motors, you could just forget them. For non motorised or non electric models they were ok for the price I guess if you just plan to build it and let it be. Obviously stickers could not be a direct copy either. Just don’t expect it to be Lego quality, because it won’t be.

      Thanks for the feedback. I am wary of the same so haven't got anything yet. Guess I will get a small one to play with and see how it goes.

        Something else to keep in mind, if you ever want to sell it, Lego will be worth something, copies won't be.
