Coffee Grinder Recommendations?

I've got a Breville BCG450 right now (~$100 electric burr grinder) and I'm looking to move up to something similar but with a more consistent grind.

I only need filter grind, not espresso grind, and I don't want to spend over $400.

What grinders have you used, and which one do you think would suit me?

edit: thanks folks, I watched a bunch of reviews and comparisons of the grinders listed in these comments and the linked thread, and in the end bought a second-hand Baratza Virtuoso.

    If you don't mind hand grinders, the 1ZPresso ones are excellent for the money.

      I have a Hario hand grinder, but I don't want to hand-grind every day and I just use it when I'm away on trips.

    Breville Smart Grinder Pro or Baratza Encore on the low end. Baratza Virtuoso or Sette 30 on the higher end. All should be fine for filter.
