SAMSUNG Old Device Trade-in

Hello,

I am wondering how I trade in my old device when receiving a new phone.

I didn't get any instructions with my order confirmation, nor did I get any return courier bags with my new phone.

How are everyone posting their old device back?

  They charge you non-return fee. You should fully read the full terms and conditions they send you as it details what kind of charges you pay.
  
  I'm from Australia and in my case they sent me a returns label that I printed myself back in 2021, and I had to source my own packaging and protection.

    The non return fee was already charged at the point of sale
    So when the device was returned they actually give you a refund.
    
    I recently traded in my s21 fe for an s23

They will send you a bubble bag with instructions, I got mine like a month after I got the new phone. But the bag is not enough to protect phone from damage.

It depends on what process you do. If you used the app and got a trade in ID then they will send you a bag. When I brought my s23 I did the trade in post sale via the web site.
