Are Easter Sales worthwhile waiting for?

  i think the EOFY sales was lacking, i suspect inflation and cost of things made retailers hold off till later this year.
  maybe king charles coronation weekend sales? i think you may have to wait till around labour day.

  Last 1 1/2 month waiting for a good TV deal nothing came out and waiting for the final week…

    tv prices here are ridiculous compared to AUS. My brother picked up a 75” Samsung q60 I think for 1275AUD. Cheapest here I can find is 3000.

  Have a look at PriceMe or PriceSpy and then click on the price trend/price history to give you an idea of what prices have been.
  They are not always accurate but might give you an idea of times when prices may fall.

  Best to do your research first and work out what model or at least size and features you need.
  Much easier to then compare.

    Yeah the issue I have with pricespy or priceme is some of the stores either request to remove their prices from the sites or the aggrigator just doesn't update the prices, so then you are left with inaccurate sales details because there is always that dodgy store that no one buys from that has everything like 30 percent cheaper than everywhere else.

    Luckily PriceMe lists stores that had the lowest price, but if it happens to be from that dodgy store or the parallel importer store then you never get a clear picture. Wish they would let you filter store prices.

  Absolute best time for a dehumidifier is late spring when they go on clearance. But Easter or holiday sales would be next best, provided you check price history on Pricespy.

    Yeah I think I might need to buy it pretty soon as looks like many people have bought all the popular ones since the flooding.

  The best had to be the easter we were in lockdown all the cheap Easter eggs after was epic as for dehumidifier I can't help there on when the best time is but surely there will be sales on

    I will definitely keep an eye out, I feel like this could be the worst time because of all the flooding so looks like a lot of the good ones have sold out.
