    Yeah can't deny that, I've ordered multiple times and waited over 3 hours and worst one, 4hr and 45 mins and at the end, got the order cancelled so I can refund and reorder to pick up.

    did you apply the code before hitting pay? Cause if you dont, it will charge you full amount. I had this issue with other discounts like this and they said its cause you didnt apply the code. You cant just paste/enter the code in the discount section, you have to hit apply on the code before paying, the price drops down.
