I would only consider buying from this ridiculously expensive store when they've got solid discounts like this.

Bought 7 good pieces of clothing (mix of winter and summer appropriate) and it worked out to a 75% discount on average. Regardless of the discount percentage, they're now the cost of a Kmart equivalent for way better quality.

    Yip, I got a confimation email on 4/4 but nothing since. I contacted them yesterday and got a tracking number. Departed Auckland on 6th to Christchurch, and to Dunedin last night, hopefully I get it soon.

        I used the online form, got a reply about 4 hours later: https://help.peteralexander.co.nz/hc/en-nz/requests/new. My package arrived yesterday.

    I also had to email them to get the tracking number, and it was picked up by PBT courier on 5th April, still not delivered today, emailed PBT today.
    Apparently it takes PBT at least 2 weeks to deliver within Auckland.
