Option to filter location relevant deals

Any chance we could have an option to filter out deals which are irrelevant to your location? For example, there is currently a deal posted for cheaper petrol in Christchurch. There's also very frequently deals posted for single items at a specific Pak'n'Save or other such place.

When posting a deal, the submitter should have the option (required field) to state if this is only relevant to users in a specific area (not available online) and then users can select to filter out specific regions?

    You can add a location as a tag, but I forget to add em when editing deals.

    Yeah I agree. I'm sick of the feed being taken up by deals in some individual supermarket at the other end of the country.

    Community should be able to tag if it was forgotten by OP.

    Another option is to put all localised deals in a thread of their own, off the main thread. But yeah. Best experience would be for properly tagged deals and user preference to only shown deals in areas they choose (including daily summary emails).
