Currently looking for deals on a washer and dryer. From all the reviews separate units seems to be the way to go.
Currently I am looking at this Samsung washer and this Samsung dryer which would be $2548 total and then there is $200 cashback from Samsung. There is also this alternative Samsung dryer which seems to have slightly more features for the same prices but it is larger than the other one. Samsung seems to have mixed reliability ratings, but going Bosch would be more expensive and would not get the cash back so not sure that would be worth it.

We've had washers and dryers with lots of options in the past (and currently) - we only really use one programme for the dryer (on the rare occasions we use it):
Open door
Close door
Run for an hourI always use the exact same programme for the washer too, although my better half probably knows how to use some others.
Clothes are always perfectly clean, and dry.
