Wellington chef Martin Bosley has collaborated with Hell Pizza to design their new Mexican goat pizza. The pizza, El Cabra, features slow-cooked goat in Mexican chocolate molesauce with Panhead stout beer, sweetcorn, smoked chipotle mayo, and is garnished with crumbled tortillas, lime wedges and fresh coriander.
