Sorry, forgive me if I've missed something, but you mention 'Referrer gets $40, referee gets $20' in your title, but the text of your message says 'you (the referrer) will get $20 (after the referee spends $20) in your Cashrewards account.'
This makes no mention of the referee getting $20, and the referrer only getting half of what your title claims.
Your link also points to the home page, no terms and conditions I could spot. Could you please clarify and have you got the Ts&C's handy anywhere?
