I have one and bought it at $499 last time as well. Monitor is OK. Don't think it's worth the price tbh.
I have one of these and properly calibrated its a decent monitor. I have a 34 samsung gaming hdr 400 monitor as well (this is not hdr) and the colours are richer on the Mi.
Sounds good. Mind sharing how you properly calibrated it?
My friend had a facehugger calibration device, however https://www.reddit.com/r/ultrawidemasterrace/comments/hrxkm9… has 2 amazing profiles that look great as well.
I have an acer predator VA monitor and it works great until the sun comes in. I sit there unable to work (I'm a developer). But in the same light my macbook pro screen is clear as day. I feel like IPS is better for working in bright rooms.
Decent monitor, but the Dell s3422dwg is miles better if scored at a deal.
I guess this is the standard sale price these days
