Ten is the max you'll be able to claim in-store (exclusion: commercial quantities = more than 10 of any product).
Grocery products can only be price matched instore and will not be price matched online

In Porirua, neither PacknSave nor thewarehouse does the price match.
What was the reasoning?

I had 4 in my cart, price matched through live chat on the app, and then changed to 12. Order confirmed and ready for pick up.

Good luck even price matching that many items in store. You'd be lucky to get half a dozen if any at all.
They'll deny it based off location too, so unless there's a Warehouse in Porirua….
Is that a new wrinkle in their price promise? I've never been denied due to store location before.

One time I tried to do a price match on the whittakers chocolate in store and they said no because it wasn't local.
Also your comment about 10 not being OK seems off with the policy:
"(more than 10 of any product)" - Not 10 or more.

I tried again this morning and got told cant pricematch grocery items, and when I said I did yesterday I was told that was done in error :'(
It really does depend on the day - regardless of what they say their policies are.
Good to get some wins now and again.
Instore - South Auckland - Managed to price match, initially they said no because of 'pack of 10'
But then the manager said to take it off the box and scan individually.. got 10 of the bottleSo - buying them from pack and save Porirua, where are they in the store? I went in, looked around and couldn't find the single (only the 4 or 10 packs).

Well, I did a pick up order at pack n save Porirua, and put 20 in the order. That was fine, and they were added successfully. I then added a few other things, but the order was mostly for the ginger beer. Will be picking it up tomorrow morning, however, I now see that it shows as unavailable in the order. I hope that they simply put 2 10 packs instead as I do allow substitutions, but I'm not hopeful. i won't be too happy as now I will be paying the service fee / bag fee for a handful of items that I wouldn't have bothered doing an order for otherwise.
