The Cuba St restaurant's chef Kristan Mulcahy has made a Karmageddon burger with Karma Cola-braised pulled pork, beef patty, homemade barbecue cola sauce (also made with Karma Cola). habanero mayo, smoked cheese, shredded lettuce. jalapeno, and pickles in a bun to get that perfect burger mix of soft, savoury, sweet, crunchy. and sour. Better still. $1 from each burger sold goes to the Karma Cola Foundation. which helps cola farmers and their families in war-torn Sierra Leone.
