Anyone else having trouble with Dosh today. My money did not add to my DOSH account via windcave but money was deducted from my bank account. Half way through the help desk chat, it went offline. I smell something is off with Dosh. Anyone else having the same issue?
No issues today. Did a bank transfer to Dosh today around midday and arrived in Dosh within 15min or so.

Yes. Send to Bank Account is free, same as how you do within a Bank account.
Have never had any issues adding money via manual bank transfers. Usually arrives very quickly, even after business hours or on weekends.
I added money yesterday via bank transfer around 3-4pm, went through in about an hour (as usual). Haven't noticed any unusual transactions on my end.

Contact/email them directly, they generally respond quite quickly
I've had issues twice now trying to use in-store and having it decline due to system issues at the Dosh end. It has really put me off using it for in-store transactions.
I haven't had issues with adding money to Dosh. But I also feel something is off with Dosh. I had an unauthorised transaction today on my Dosh card from 'KFC Manurewa' for $125 which definitely wasn't made by me, haven't lost my card or anything.
Have emailed Dosh, but quite concerned.
