May be useful for people to know that Event Cinemas have a surprisingly flexible refund/cancellation policy.
I was able to get a refund for a session I was unable to attend - and, you're able to change your session time once through the website.
"Booked the wrong date, time or film and the session has already passed?"
You will need to make a new booking for the correct session. You can then request a refund for your incorrect purchase. Submit your refund request HERE. Be sure to include a copy of your correct and incorrect purchase for review.
