More of this marketing trash. Only worth shopping there if you do regularly.

      Yup!! Overpriced crap.

People are gullible …… If you actually work out how much you have to spend to even qualify for half price item you better off buying it directly!

      $20 per sticker FFS!

The annual new world crap promotion was a time of dread for us who were behind the counter. The number of people who had the pods pumps thrown at them at my old store is shockingly more than 1

Something about supermarket 'freebies' brings out the absolute worst in a particular demographic of person.

This will work for me. My local is new world and I’m needing some new pots/pans.

IBF “But you can buy them cheaper than rrp from Briscoes!!!”

I’m shopping at New World anyway so might as well collect the stickers.

If you don’t go to NW then don’t bother.

Absolute best way to get free stickers is to use the self-checkout queue when it's busy and rock up to a till just after someone with a high-value basket. If you're lucky you can get their unwanted receipt voucher for stickers before the attended does (it looks like they're instructed to grab these asap and bin them).

    • I enjoy this hack and look forward to trying this.

This isn't a special, its marketing. Can we get this taken down? Also, how're you not going to know this? There are literally news articles and signs at the stores.

  • They have stopped giving out stickers yesterday in Christchurch- a directive from foodstuffs except it goes against their own T & C's. They are supposed to give them out until the 5th Nov. They say its because they have no stock in Christchurch- whats to stop someone picking the cookware up out of Chch? Possibly they cant now because of this decision. I suspect this might be a problem for them. Website states limited stock
