Hop Card Need Help

So i added my hop card to the account log in to AT website as i never use the bus in years and it turns out i added the card to the account i made for my nephew to catch the bus to school and now its not adult card

what can i do the website is a little confusing to understand

i need to use this card today

i would just call them but i don't have a phone charger right now

    Im fairly sure that once it is registered to an accou t it cant be moved to another account

    I had this problem years ago, except my daughter's card was registered as an adult on my account. It was quite a simple fix for them. All I had to do was call up and talk to support people and they fixed it for me.
