    Mostly clothes and small items by the look of things.

    Update: Scratch that. If you sort high-low, items with multiple choices show up as full-price. But if you click on that product and then choose a size, it changes to $25 (duvet covers for example).

    Some alright merino gear available.

        • Confirmation email maybe automated, dispatched/tracking emall is what you;d want to look out for imo based on what kiwisarentfruit said

      • Did you eventually receive a confirmation email? I paid, money is out of my account but I'm still waiting on a confirmation email. And my cart still has all my things.

        • I called the phone number listed on website as I also never recieved email but money was taken out. Really helpful, gave me confirmation number and assured me I should recieve order in 7-10 days. Ask me again in 7-10 days if I'm still impressed haha

        • Same happened to me paying via paypal. Initially charged against credit card but order didnt confirm and items still in cart.An hour or so later the transaction didnt show on my credit card (hold taken off).

          Went back to my cart and reprocessed bur directly on credit card purchase and it went through straight away with email confirmation

    I would avoid this like the plague. We ordered some stuff a month or so ago, all showing as in stock, a few items were shipped, the rest in limbo and no response to attempts to contact them. I returned those items three weeks ago, still waiting for a refund. I suspect I'm going to have to do a chargeback for the whole order. Check the reviews on Google recently and you'll see many similar stories

    Also can't login or password reset an old account and saw other people complaining about that so I suspect the IT issues are building up.

      • Yeah there is a risk I suppose (what with them in liquidation), but some of those things are pretty cheap, so probably worth ordering and do the chargeback with the credit card company if all fails.

        • I havent even recieved a confirmation email from my order about 20 mins ago. Im going to hope for the best and if nothing in a few weeks will do a chargeback.

              • @wildchild: I got my confirmation straight away. I suggest you fill another cart and sit on it. Give them a call first thing in the morning when they open. If the money has been taken out, I would say you are ok.

    • Not only that but the quality has dropped significantly. Family members used to shop here regularly but they stopped long ago after everything started to be thin basic plastic rather than natural materials etc.

  • Stupid gambling addiction. Got a range of stuff, using CC through Paypal so doubling on protections in case it all goes to custard.

    I did get order confirmation email immediately after purchase, let's hope shipping confirmations come quickly.

    I attempted to give them my email for the first time $20 off code, but still have not received anything - not sure if anyone can get that to work on their order?

    One thing that stands out is the amount of returns customers are making.

      They were fine until last year. They went into liquidation end of last year or so. They closed all physical stores in may. I think they emailed about going online only business but I don't think currently it's right time to buy. Have bought quite few items in last few years especially kids clothes from pumpkin patch. Quality has been going down.

      Did get few good bargains recently from the store closing sale in may.

      • I remember they used to be big, my mum used to get flyers for them in the mail and buy from them. Did not know they went into liquidation last year. I loved pumpkin patch when I was a kid - they are a great brand, they used to have a physical pumkin patch store in Napier.

    Some decent deals if you have time to scroll through.

    Looks like GST is added on at once you start the check-out process. Their credit card payment fields and process is horrendous and don't autofill properly. Reverted to checking out with Paypal which worked fine.

      Given the above comments I would suggest be careful expecting to return anything. Order carefully and if you don't want it you might be better to resell or gift rather than return it.

  • Dang, they are so cheap but none of the styles are great, they are very unshapely. But might get something to try it .

      Same, but there were no 'items' listed and no tracking number despite the email saying to click the tracking link to track… not looking good so far

      • Look up your order online on their website. It will have the tracking links there but also says can take up to 72hrs for the links to work.

        • Makes it more confusing lol, there's a tracking number for zero items which doesn't work…

    My order has also arrived. Great value. Sale still on. I just spoke to sales staff and she advised that items were on sale until sold out but she didn’t sound too sure on that.

  • Sharing my experience.

    I added 6 items to my cart.

    Tried to pay with my saved credit card number - couldn't because of some UI issue on their payment page.

    Tried to pay with Paypal. The money was taken out of my account but no confirmation email and the items were still in my cart.

    The next day, the Paypal charges were voided (no longer on my statement) and the items were still in my cart.

    Tried to pay again with my credit card (not via Paypal). Eventually got there but their UI is bs.

    Didn't get a confirmation email. Emailed their support. Didn't get a reply.

    Got a confirmation email 4 days later saying "here's your list of items you bought" and an empty box in the email.

    Got 4 of the 6 items delivered a week later. No word on the remaining 2 items.

    What a shitshow.
