Just considering if our Sky subscription is necessary year-round. One person in our house watches a lot of CNN and Sky News Australia. I can't figure out a cheaper way to get these channels, does anybody else know of any? Perhaps through Kodi?

Google "CNN live stream". On pages two and three of the results, there will always be some streams. Not quite legit but could be work around?

Looks like its the same mob running Kayo so might be a pain using VPN's.

Great to see that something new has emerged anyway. Hopefully this trend continues.
Kayo recently clamped down on it. DNS4me said they were more aggressive then Netflix and gave up trying to stay ahead of them blocking ip's.
I think Wakrak stated a certain brand VPN was working.
Kayo and Flashnews both use Streamotion to stream, so I gather that Flashnews would be like what went on with Kayo

If anyone you know has Sky - you can borrow their SkyGo password and watch it that way - you can chromecast it to a tv from the app or just watch it on your device. I use my fathers account on the rare occasion I want to watch CNN etc - Doesnt really affect the account owner in anyway - I would say a good majority of Sky customers dont even know they have access to it.
