  I have yet to try but apparently if you aren't going to get through a batch by the BBD you can freeze this (probably best in smaller lots) and it is still active when defrosted :)

Sure bake is such terrible yeast. Get this instead, it's shit loads better. https://www.pams.co.nz/product-finder/5020883-EA-000 and keep it in the fridge.
