I want to use Manuka honey and search for some famous brands like Comvita and Manuka Health as well as unknown brand like Avatar Manuka honey.
The price is massively different. Do you think I should go with Avatar Manuka honey considering quality and good price? If not, which brand should I go to for best value

If you're buying it for its supposed health properties I'd be wary. Caught some info off a program the Mrs watched the other day called 'Trust me I'm a Doctor' and they tested Manuka Honeys and the claims they stated for the health benefits and came to the conclusion thatthe claimed health benefits were pretty much impossible to prove and that they're not really worth the huge amount of extra dollars. YMMV of course but those guys really seem to know what they're up to. Won some very High MGO Manuka Honey a while ago, (Abeeco and it was MGO 350 +), and tbh I only used it occasionally in cooking. There NO way I'd have paid $90 for that 250gm jar and I"ve seen it MUCH more expensive than that.
If you're buying it for the flavor - well I just used to buy the occasional 500gm tub at the supermarket. Cant even tell you the brand.
