Disappointed that this useful service is ceasing its Chch operations, but i've just tested the coupon and it worked for me, including on alcohol.

Convenience. With two kids under two and WFH, suddenly needing nappies or a bottle of wine (or both) was super convenient and fast. Ah well :/
Coincidentally after MILKRUN launched.
Yep, I made use of it one day when I suddenly found I was missing a few ingredients for some baking I was doing. I ordered through Teddy and they delivered within 20 minutes
Nor is UberEats cheaper than dining in, yet people make gravy use of it. Convenience always comes with additional cost, and a lot of people are happy to pay for it.
Lol I placed an order at 2:40 for a pre-4:40 delivery.
Its now 5 and it hasnt arrived and the app says theyre 'closed for the day'….
I feel like this order is never arriving.
yea.. i did an express order about the same time, not looking promising. Anyone get their order?
Just turned up! One item was an error, but otherwise got all I ordered
Yep same, late, but arrived
Sad to see them go - they were great.
I guess they see the market getting taken over with countdowns milkrun when it expands
Tried to place an order but the voucher couldn't be applied to basket. Turns out EVERYTHING doesn't mean everything? lol
Looks like "everything" isn't much at all
Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 it is an offence to:
Have promotions involving discounts, or to advertise discounts, on alcohol of 25% or more.lol. oh no.
They can sell it for more than 25% off, they just can't advertise it or promote it. My local countdown is always selling wine for 50% off.
That's not the case at all. It's illegal to have promotions involving discounts on alcohol of 25% or more.
I can’t get it to work on any item, including the items that come up when you click on the sale promotion
I don’t know what the point of the service was. No cheaper than your local supermarket..
