There are 40 prizes to be won, each daily prize varies between the value of $195 & $2,400. The prize is specified and scheduled for a particular day, the winner does not choose their prize.
Heads up: Got a cold call from Signature Homes this afternoon after entering because I elected to choose "yes, I'm interested in building" and "House and land package" when filling out the form. To their credit, I said this wasn't something on the immediate horizon and they wished me luck and that was that.
Got a voice message and an email from them. I recalled that I answered no to the question though.

I must say, from the photo of prizes on the website, the prizes look pretty boring and do not look worth >$195. But if you are a true Cheapie it is free so who cares?
