I've used them quite a few times, they're one of the most trustworthy places to buy supplements from, prices can be considerably cheaper than buying in NZ. The biggest thing for me though is the range they have, as many more niche supplements and forms and encapsulation types are unavailable in NZ.

Yeah I've used them a lot, and their shipping is surprisingly fast considering it comes from overseas. Many items are cheaper than buying in NZ, but not everything.
Couple of years ago I was on the same boat, I actually thought it looked too scammy. But the best thing is to find stuff you can't get in NZ (although they are blocking shipping melatonin nowadays) but I absolutely love it. Shipping is super fast too via Aramex when it gets here.

Melatonin is prescription only in NZ so you run the risk of it being seized if you import it.
You might be able to get away with it if you had a script but it would need to be no longer than a 3 months supply and you would likely need to be able to justify why you couldn't collect it from a pharmacy here rather than bringing it into the country.
I've been using it since 2014 and its been great to find tons of stuff not available in the local market.
Helped a lot when I was suffering from adrenal fatigue.
