Seems to be a price drop for the Ryzen 7600. PB Tech lists it as they would a normal, not sale price, but it's a massive drop from what it's normally listed and what other retailers have it for ($429).

Also includes a copy of Starfield through the AMD Promo.

  Are the motherboards still significantly more expensive for AM5 compared to AM4?

  EDIT: Apparently they have come down in price too. Cheapest motherboard I could find was MSI PRO A620M-E on Amazon https://www.amazon.com.au/MSI-PRO-A620M-ProSeries-Motherboar… works out around NZD $169

    this ones 150 nzd. I had a look around the usual places and I think this is the cheapest yet. Do not pair anything other than this CPU as it limits power to 90W reportedly - bios updates may fix this though.

      I'm in the same boat of looking at budget board options but decided against that one as it needs a downwards facing cooler(youtu.be) for vrm temps to be under control. I guess you could pick up the wraith prism on TM for $40. (the stealth is essentially useless)
