Received some tomato seeds in the mail. I think this is it. With all the tomato competitions lately, it's hard to keep track :)

is it easy to grow your own tomatoes? like how many kgs do you get from the tree?
Depends on variety, location, training system, pot size etc. I grow cherry tomatoes which are fairly easy. Get a decent amount off of em.
Yep, most of what you will find in stores are indeterminate(keeps growing more vines and fruiting until weather or pests/disease kills the plant) and will grow pretty large and require staking/support like a trellis or tomato cage. Youtube has a ton of good info for gardening and how to maintain/prune your tomato plants.
5 gallon(20L) pot/grow bag per plant or 2 in a 10 gallon is fine or in the planter box/garden bed. You can choose to use tomato mix etc to plant them in to give them a boost or whatever you want, liquid fert can also be applied for better yields.
Cherry tomatoes are good because theres not as much weight on the plants stem, if its alot of 100g+ tomatoes you require a good structure to support it all.
You could grab a 6 pack of these to get some variety

Sweet 100 are cherry, Roma are larger than cherry and more oval and meaty and less acidic, money maker are 100g+ ones. You would sturggle to tell the plants apart(they are not labeled) so would have to plant all lol or buy a 6 pack of sweet 100 only etc.
Bit late to plant tomato seeds isn't it?
