Have contacted Amex RE it - rep said they’ve heard nothing about the offer coming back yet. She said they usually only hear about it 1or 2 days before it’s released.
I called Amex for something else and asked them about the shop small promotion while I was on the phone. They said they are not doing any offers this year. What a shame!
I got an email on 4th Sept , no deal or discount.
