If I have a decent diet - would I still need this?

    • +2

If your diet is decent then you don't need to take these vitamins. Taking extra vitamins is not going to make a difference because the body can't process it. Most of the people don't need these vitamins except in cases the diet is deficient due to allergies or other circumstance.

One persons summary on OzB (if you're a healthy person).

        They sell vitamins
You did a quiz, and surprise…
        You need vitamins

        • I did the survey twice, choosing the exact same answers for both, except for one, I chose the option that I am knowledgeable about vitamins, and the other one I chose that I'm not knowledgeable.

Guess which survey ended up giving me more vitamin recommendations?

Doctor here - randomised controlled trials have shown you don't need vitamins if you don't have a deficiency or are able to get it from your diet.
