On the fence about new TV, minimum 55inch, budget up to 2k although not really necessary to upgrade my 8 y.o barely smart LG tv.
But yea, discuss anything price worthy to look into.

Recommendations for a not so pricy 1440p High refresh rate 30 inch Plus Monitor preferably with HDR
I had a 2012 Samsung LED smart TV and if it didn't get flooded I'd probably have kept it!
The Plex app still worked :D
Also looking for something to replace it, but also trying to buy a house. So once I have I'll be able to decide if I get a cheap TV or go OLED.
My new take, go cheap and get a google tv. Some of the cheaper panels are pretty decent but the software sucks. You can also revive an old panel with software that has stopped updating. My mum and dad upgraded to a bigger tv, I grabbed their old one, chucked on a google tv and it’s good again.
Yeah, you're right. I hold zero value in the included software because of this. But there's no disputing an OLED panel is much better, though at a fairly large price difference.
This. My 10 year old LG built in software is really slow. Bought Google TV and it's all snappy again
The prices looked quite good
nothing crazy to be honest…
